Family Advocacy Program (FAP)
The Family Advocacy Program (FAP) addresses domestic violence and child abuse/neglect prevention, education, and intervention. FAP also conducts training for command leadership on key issues involving domestic violence and child abuse/neglect. FAP provides clinical assessment, treatment, and services for military members and their families involved in allegations of domestic abuse and child abuse/neglect. At Singapore Area Coordinator, DoD civilians and their family members are also eligible for FAP services.
OPNAVINST 1752.2B requires all DoN personnel to report known spouse/intimate partner abuse and known or suspected child abuse or neglect. Only those individuals with a need to know will be kept updated regarding the case. To report domestic violence or child abuse/neglect, contact the Family Advocacy Representative at (+65) 6750-2945.
