Group Exercise Classes

Events

MWR Fitness offers a variety of group exercise classes. Per CNIC Navy Fitness standards, all group exercise classes are FREE to U.S. Active Duty and U.S. Reservists. MWR Fitness has designated 3 free classes per week for U.S. Active Duty dependents and U.S. Retired Military. 

Access to the Fleet Fitness Center and use of gym equipment is complimentary for all MWR authorized users for independent use. Ask any MWR Fitness employee for any assistance. The schedule of group exercise classes follows.
